I couldn't pay this bill without telling you how pleased we are with your work! We were searching for a solution for two exterior window covering problems, so decided to attend the annual Home and Living Show. We talked to numerous vendors, but you were the only one who acted interested in helping us solve our problem. You gave us a card with instructions "to call" on Monday morning. I followed up with a call. You promptly came on Tuesday morning and provided an estimate before the end of the day. Even more amazing, on Wednesday morning, I received a call that you were on your way. The gentleman who did the work was indeed polite, courteous, and worked diligently. I had an obligation that took me away from home before the job was complete, but I was gratified to see the work finished upon my return. Also to your credit was the follow-up phone message received this week, making sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
It is not often that a homeowner finds a business of your caliber. We can't praise your company enough for the excellent service and your excellent personnel. We realize this was a small job, but believe me, when we have a bigger job, you will be the first business we call. Again, thanks for treating us like important customers!

My wife and I absolutely love our new Eagle Windows! These windows are a quality product and we are very happy with the look...both from the inside and from the outside of our home.
We knew from the outset that we made a sound decision to choose Doors-N-More for this major window replacement project. We are grateful to Jeremy Stegeman (salesman) for his assistance and patience in helping us make a good decision. Jeremy answered all of our questions. Most of them began with "...now tell us again just exactly what your installers would be doing if we go forward with this project?" I am confident that Jeremy's willingness to work with us in evaluating and selecting our options was instrumental in helping us to make our decision.
We would be remiss if we failed to comment on the fine work done by Mike Stephens to install our new windows. He was thorough, conscientious, and very professional and did a super job. We must admit we were hesitant to undertake the actual installation during the Winter months, concerned that our home would would take on the trappings of a contruction site with the attendant dust, debris and demolition. Fortunately, a moderate weather window opened and the installers could not have been more deliberate in ensuring there was minimal disruption. Thank you for assigning our project to Mike. His efforts contributed mightily to making us another satisfied customer of Doors-N-More.
We look forward to enjoying our new windows in the coming years and will not hesitate to call on Doors-N-More for other projects. Your company's reputation in the community is well deserved. Thanks again to all who were involved in our project.

Very, very satisfied. 5 years ago we did windows with you. Since then, we have done some doors. We saw a sale you were running and bought the rest of our windows. Your installers do a nice job of cleaning up. A lot of people ask us about whether they clean up afterward. Installers are always really nice gentlemen. We were impressed by the teamwork. When the installers needed help figuring something out the salesperson and one of the owners came right out and helped with a great solution. We speak very highly of Doors-N-More when talking to our friends about you.

It was wonderful! They cleaned up their messes. The construction of our sunroom is remarkable. The salesperson (Brad) answered all of our questions, he helped us through it, and when we had a problem he took care of it. My husband is ready to heat it nowÉI said we need to wait and we will do it later. I only wish we hadn't waited so long to get the room. Now we can go out there and eat without being bothered by bugs.
